1. Order Issues

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong order
  • Your order was missing items
  • The food was damaged or not in acceptable condition
  • The order was not delivered due to our fault

 2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong address/phone)
  • Delay caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.)
  • Partially consumed food

3. Refund Request Time

  • Refund requests must be made within 2 hours of receiving the order
  • Late requests may not be accepted

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
  • Cash payments may be refunded in cash or via mobile payment (bKash/Nagad)
  • Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment method

5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the item
  • Store credit for future orders
