1. Order Issues
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong order

- The food was damaged or not in acceptable condition
- The order was not delivered due to our fault
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong address/phone)
- Delay caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.)
- Partially consumed food
3. Refund Request Time
- Refund requests must be made within 2 hours of receiving the order
- Late requests may not be accepted
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
- Cash payments may be refunded in cash or via mobile payment (bKash/Nagad)
- Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment method
5. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, we may offer:
- A replacement of the item
- Store credit for future orders
